Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Regular Priced Order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling a Regular Priced Order is up to 30 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.


To exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:


We will provide you with a Store Credit or you may exchange your Regular Priced Order for a Similarly Priced item if


Cancellation is made up to 30 days from the day of purchase.

  • Please note that only Regular Priced Goods may be refunded via Store Credit. In addition, Goods on Sale Cannot be refunded. This Exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

  • We will not issue a refund via store credit or permit an Exchange for Lost Delivery if the address provided was Incorrect, however, if your order is still in transit you may directly contact the shipping company to see if they may be able to deliver your order at the correct address.

  • Your store credit has no date of expiration. If you can't find a suitable substitute to use the credit at a given time, we encourage you to return at a later date to check if we have new scented products as store credit cannot be converted into refund cash.




 It is not necessary to return the products once it is damaged, simply contact us to get a refund or credit.
